This entry is dedicated to my experience at Covenant Presbyterian, my first real church family. I am so blessed to meet such a wonderful Church body full of genuinely caring people who are so passionate in their worship and all about Christ. I've really appreciated that the church was so diligent in not letting me pass through unnoticed and unknown. Thanks for the spiritual blessings.
Thank you for allowing me to serve on worship team. It was through that experience that I got to know many people. I will miss serving the church in that way.
Mark and Julie Smith, one of the first families I got to meet at Cov-Pres. I've enjoyed our conversations. Thanks for your support of my musical endeavors.
Pastor Ken, former lead pastor of Covenant Presbyterian. I've really enjoyed speaking with you the few times that I have and will miss your wonderful sermons. I hope we cross paths again sometime in the future.
Blessings to you both, Ken and Amy, as you transition to Florida!
Julie McClay, thank you for being such a sweet and kind person as well as a wonderful listener--and thanks for listening to me play at the Marshes.
Mike Marsh, a wonderful musician and super nice and supportive. Thanks for having me over to your house in my last couple of weeks.
Joe Slater, thanks for the care you give to college students and for your encouragement to me.
Burress McCombe, thanks for walking with me these past couple of years. I will miss our weekly meetings greatly. Looking forward to eating dinner at your house when I'm back in town!
I didn't get to take a picture, but I wanted to acknowledge Mike and Kathy Bowen who have been so wonderful about having me over and supporting me immensely in my musical pursuits. I really appreciated that one or both of you came to ALL of my recitals.
I will miss you all very much and think fondly of you and the church as a whole while I'm here in Bloomington searching for a new church family to serve. Thank you all for your prayers and for the countless significant ways that you've blessed me.
